The notice dated 17 September gives the academic routes as D or better in theory and C or better in practical subjects, with CGPA at least 1.8 in Grades 11 and 12, or second division in 10+2, PCL or equivalent in any discipline. It asks applicants to choose their intended study campus and one of seven test centres. Read the official Re-CMAT notice for the centre list, payment instructions and any details relevant to your case.
Do not treat the campus verification deadline as an extra day to apply. Keep your own submission safely ahead of the student deadline. Recheck the FoM notice board for corrections or later instructions before acting.
1. Check your academic records carefully
Read your subject grades as well as your overall result. If your records use another grading system, do not invent a conversion. Ask the receiving campus which equivalence evidence it accepts and obtain clarification before payment.
Create a small checklist for anything uncertain: a practical grade, a name mismatch, an incomplete document or an equivalence requirement. When you contact the campus, describe the issue precisely rather than asking only “Am I eligible?” A clear question is more likely to produce an answer you can use.
What if my results are still pending?
The initial June 2026 notice allowed applicants awaiting results, with passed certificates required at admission. The September re-entrance notice does not repeat that provision. Do not assume it automatically applies to the later round; confirm your situation with the campus or FoM. Initial 2026 notice
2. Separate your study campus from your test centre
Your preferred place to study and the location where you sit the test are different choices. Review the names before submitting rather than selecting the first familiar option. Ask the campus if you are unsure how a choice affects your application.
नेपालीमा: पढ्न चाहेको campus र परीक्षा दिन छानेको centre एउटै हुनैपर्छ भनेर नमान्नुहोस्। Form बुझाउनुअघि दुवै नाम जाँच्नुहोस्।
Also consider travel arrangements. Check the actual campus location, route and a realistic journey plan. A city name alone is not enough to identify the entrance gate or exam building.

Turn information into your next step.
Keep your study notes, questions and admission checklist together. Use this guide to choose one useful action, then return to review your progress.
3. Organise documents before opening the form
Keep readable digital copies of your academic records and any photo, identity or equivalence documents requested by the live application. This is a preparation checklist, not a claim that every applicant must upload the same documents.
Use the current form’s file type and size instructions. Open each file after saving it to make sure the text is legible and the correct document is attached. Name files clearly enough that you will not confuse a provisional record with a final one.
Compare your name and date of birth across the records. If they differ, ask how to resolve the discrepancy before submitting multiple versions of the application.
4. Use the official application route
Start from the TU Faculty of Management website or its official notice board. Choose the undergraduate intake that matches the notice you have checked. Screens and field labels may change, so follow the current instructions shown there.
Before final submission, review the programme, campus, centre, contact information and attachments. Save your submitted confirmation and receipt in one folder. Use payment details supplied by the official application or notice; avoid copying account information from an old article or forwarded image.
This guide does not reproduce a live form walkthrough because that form’s fields and upload requirements have not been verified here.
5. Check verification and correct problems promptly
Submitting a form and paying a fee are not the same as confirmation that every required step is complete. Follow the official status route and contact your chosen campus if verification is unclear. Explain what you submitted and when, using your application reference through the campus’s authorised channel.
For an incorrect detail or a payment that appears unresolved, ask for the correct amendment or support process. Avoid repeated applications or payments until the institution clarifies what to do. Never post a complete identity document or payment record in a public comment thread.
6. Follow through after the test
Keep copies of your application, admit-card information and result together. Check the college’s published next steps and selection deadlines; an entrance result alone is not a seat guarantee. Ask about the full fee schedule and any additional selection activity before committing to admission.
While your application progresses, keep preparation active. The MKS CMAT homepage gives a starting route, and MKSPrep’s CMAT class page is the existing destination for class enquiries.
